Credentials 
Experience - More than 15 years of experience in psychology, crisis management, and counseling provides a strong foundation for my practice. Prior to establishing my own practice, I worked in several settings. I worked as a mediator/counselor for divorced families; in a long term residential program; as an outpatient therapist with families, young adults, and adolescents; and as a senior therapist in one of the country's top wilderness therapy programs.
Education - I hold an M.A. in Counseling and Social Psychology from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. I completed a pre-doctoral internship at The Ohio State University.
Teacher - I taught graduate and undergraduate level courses in group therapy, dual diagnosis, and counseling theory at both Pennsylvania State University and Ball State University. I also studied abroad in 10 countries as part of a University of Pittsburgh program.
My training and experiences make me uniquely qualifed to understand and evaluate programs. | | |
